Masai Mara safari experience
The first two days focus on the Masai Mara, a wide savannah ecosystem known for big cats, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and other plains wildlife. Day 1 combines the road journey from Nairobi with an introductory afternoon game drive where operating time allows. The Great Migration is seasonal, and river crossings or particular animal sightings can never be guaranteed. Resident wildlife makes the Mara rewarding well beyond the main migration period.
